A glimpse of the Alternative Protein Show Singapore 2021

The Alternative Protein & FoodTech Show was held over 3 days in Singapore from 25th to 27th August 2021.

It was the first of its kind union of founders, thought leaders, investors, innovators, scientists, food technologists, farmers, and consumer brand leaders under one roof, designed to demystify the potential of alternative proteins in building a sustainable future of food for generations to come.

Previously, this event was held in Amsterdam and San Francisco by KindEarth.Tech (KET).
KET is a non-profit organization that accelerates the new protein industry through unique in-person and digital events. For the first time, KET is coming to Singapore and Shiok Meats is the co-organizer of the event!

The Alternative Protein & Foodtech Show Singapore unites inventors, investors, scientists, food technologists, farmers, and the industry players to design the future of food. It is an unparalleled opportunity for the New Protein community to share, learn, and network, both in online and in-person formats.

A series of insightful talks, panel discussions, and experience workshops have been planned for all the guests. Day two of the event will also see 15 upcoming startups battle it out during the Pitch Competition judged by eminent founders and venture capitals, followed by culinary workshops in the later session with live demonstrations from established chefs.

We are now inviting registrations from startups, exhibitors, academia, industry reps, policy makers, government officials, delegates, and all those who are passionate about the potential of cell-based and plant-based proteins, to transform the global food systems.
